Who we are
Bryson Cade Properties was created by a family who lives and breathes the outdoors. From our professional backgrounds as wildlife biologists, to our passion to introduce our children to all the outdoors have to offer.
We have been blessed in life to find ourselves in a position to acquire vacant land tracts in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois, and manage them into havens for wildlife and flourishing native habitat.
From oak forests to wildflowers, and brook trout to white-tailed deer, our goal is to invest resources into a property to make it better than when we found it.
What we are looking for
Our company purchases vacant land properties in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois. Though all properties are different, a preferred property will have a diversity of timber, streams/creeks/ponds, field or crops, and history of wildlife.
We are not looking for recent timber harvests (unless selectively cut by a timber professional) and would prefer not to have a residence on the property, although every case is different. Our goal is to invest resources into the property to enhance the quality of the native habitat, and in turn, increase the diversity and quality of wildlife on the property. The minimum tract size is preferable at least 20 acres, and no larger than 1,000 acres.

Our current properties
Western Pennsylvania
28.9 acres
Property acquired in 2016, with primary focus on repairing the timber quality after a poor timber cut. We have also focused on creating more cover for deer and black bear, while creating better nesting habitat for turkeys and ruffed grouse. We have implemented a new food plot program to create more food for wildlife. Plentiful wildflowers on the property including trillium, jack in the pulpit, and bloodroot.
Southern Ohio
130 acres
Property acquired in 2022, with primary focus on continued improvement of an oak-based forest. This old farm will continue to have timber stand improvement (TSI) to restore desirable native trees, while enhancing the habitat for deer and turkeys. The long draws have a creek which is a critical riparian area on the property.
Northeastern Kentucky
76 acres
Property acquired in 2019, with primary focus on enhancing the oak-based forest. The property lack cover for wildlife and has been part of a strategy to enhance the natural vegetation. Loaded with wildflower species including orchids, bloodroot, trillium, and hepatica.
